1. What Footlo AI Does

Footlo AI helps fans discover matchday information, local businesses, neighborhoods, fan zones, transportation guidance, food options, shopping, and AI-powered assistance for football and live event experiences.

Footlo AI is designed to help users make better decisions before and during matchday. Information can change quickly and may not always be complete, current, or error-free.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Footlo AI. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Footlo AI with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Some features may require you to sign in using Apple, Google, or another supported sign-in method.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Footlo AI safely, lawfully, and respectfully.

You may not use Footlo AI to break the law, harm others, misuse the app, interfere with the service, submit false or harmful content, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

5. Matchday, Crowd, Transit, Business, and Local Information

Footlo AI may provide information about matches, stadiums, crowds, transit, routes, neighborhoods, local businesses, offers, fan zones, and events.

This information may come from public sources, third parties, business partners, city information, user activity, or AI-powered systems. It may change quickly and may not always be accurate, complete, or available.

You should always follow official instructions from stadiums, event organizers, cities, transit agencies, police, fire departments, emergency services, and other official sources.

6. No Emergency Services

Footlo AI is not an emergency service.

If you are in danger or need urgent help, call local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Footlo AI for emergency response, medical advice, public safety decisions, or urgent evacuation instructions.

7. AI Assistant

Footlo AI may include an AI assistant that provides helpful information and suggestions.

AI responses are informational only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should verify important information with official sources before acting on it.

8. Local Businesses, Offers, and Third-Party Content

Footlo AI may show local businesses, restaurants, shops, offers, directions, websites, maps, and third-party content.

We do not control every third-party business, website, offer, event, or service. Business hours, prices, availability, offers, locations, and services may change without notice.

Any purchase, visit, reservation, offer, or interaction with a third party is between you and that third party.

Footlo AI may link to or use third-party services such as maps, websites, sign-in providers, analytics tools, transport providers, delivery providers, or other services.

This includes issues related to third-party information, local businesses, transportation, events, AI responses, crowd information, delays, route choices, or decisions made based on information in the app.

16. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to Footlo AI if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for others, or used the app in a harmful or unlawful way.
